For years, EP Real Estate has helped clients find and invest in properties across Abuja and Lagos. But over time, we saw a troubling pattern — developers who promised excellence but delivered disappointment.
From project delays and unfinished units, to substandard materials and outright fraud, these experiences didn’t just hurt investors — they tarnished the trust we worked hard to build.

In response, we decided to take control of the process.
In 2024, our partners launched EPDC Nigeria — a sister company born from experience, integrity, and a clear mission:
